Safety Rules:

• Ages 3 & up
• All children should have adult supervision
• Weight Limit: 800 pounds or 6-8 kids at a time
• No jewelry or sharp objects
• No rough play (including wrestling) or flipping
• Do not operate any inflatable in 15mph winds or more
• Never play in an inflatable when it's raining

-An adult over the age of 18 must be present at time of delivery to show staff the location of inflatable placement.

-The units are very heavy and staff can not move them once they’ve fully inflated. Your rental can not be taken up or down stairs, or through a gate less than 4 feet wide. Please keep this is mind when selecting a designated set-up area.

-All inflatables must be placed on solid surface, such as; grass, concrete, asphalt, or indoors. The units can not be placed on uneven surfaces since as sand, gravel, mulch, etc. or in any gradient more than 3 inches.

-Please do not water or cut the grass the day of your rental. Ensure any and all animal feces is removed from the set up area.

-Our inflatables require a standard 110 amp household outlet. However, we ask that nothing else be plugged into that outlet or circuit. We provide a 100 foot extension cord, so the placement of your rental needs to be within that distance. If the distance between the 110 amp household outlet and the inflatable will be more than 100 feet, a generator will need to be used (they can be rented at an additional cost).
